  • Flapping tremor

Face
  • Jaundice - sclera
Mouth
  • Angular stomatitis
  • Glossitis
  • Ulcers - herpetic
  • Telangiectasia
  • Candidiasis
  • Gingivitis
Chest and Axillae
  • Gynaecomastia
  • Hair loss
  • Spider naevi
Abdomen
  • Distension - fluid, fat, flatus, foetus, faeces

Palpation
  • Superficial and deep palpation
